I have never had a bad experience with Copeland. I always recommend them to my friends. We have now leased and / or pruchased 4-5 vehicles from them. I have only used service once. It was because my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped from AAA. I brought the car to Copeland where the service technician (I don't know his name) greeted me at my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped from AAA. I brought the car to Copeland where the service technician (I don't know his name) greeted me at my car and and assured me he would get right on it. I also told him that when I picked up my new car it had to be jumped started. I was a very short time before he came back and told me that my battery had a dead cell and that he had replaced it. He was extremely courteous and helpful. It has been fine since. I have taken my car on a trip to Florida, from which I am now on my way home where I will require my first scheduled service i.e. oil change etc. and expect to have another positive experience. More
I thought that the service was good. I didn't put great because I feel that no matter how good of a job you do, there is always room to improve. I felt that the price was OK because $35 for an oil change because I feel that no matter how good of a job you do, there is always room to improve. I felt that the price was OK because $35 for an oil change on a Corolla seems excessive but I have no idea what any other place would charge. On a side note, I don't mind doing these surveys, however, 2 things: 1) This is probably the fifth one I have been asked to fill out since my oil change 2 months ago; 2) I don't think I should have to describe why I answered the way I did. This should be optional. If it is a requirement, there shouldn't be a character minimum. That seems a little excesive. I probably could have explained it in one sentence. More
My son was looking for a used Toyota Tundra. After many phone conversations between Brian and my son, we decided to take the trip from New Hampshire to look at a new vehicle. I had preferred he look locally but went along for the ride. What a pleasant experience. Our sales person, Tim, was courteous, friendly and honest. We did not experience the high pressure sales pitch or the derogatory comments about other dealerships. We were treated with respect and all the employees we dealt with were professionals. I have recommended this dealership to people at work and tell them it is well worth the trip. My son is a very astute shopper and called and spoke to Brian many times. In all of his conversations not once did he try to get my son to make an unnecessary trip just to get him down. Brian was well versed in his inventory and was up front about what he had available. In September of '08 I purchased a vehicle from a local dealership. The experience was as stressful as the old days when you felt like the purchasing of a new car was a game being played between the salesman, the manager and the consumer. If I knew then what I know now I would have run down to Copeland to purchase my new car there. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience. I highly and enthusiastically recommend this dealership. More
I purchased my van from Copeland about 2 yrs ago. Recently I had the windshield replaced at Payless (Warwick,RI). Soon after I experienced some serious electrical problems with my van. I'd taken it to several different places to find the problem. I was getting more and more frustrated because the alarm, day lights and fan would go on...and stay on until I disconnected the battery. Fortunately, I called Copeland Toyota and spoke with Dave MacCormick who (over the phone) put my mind at ease. After describing my situation...he agreed with my thought that it could possibly be related to the windshield not being sealed properly. I brought the van to Copeland, met Charlie Viera who reassured me that they would find the cause of the problems. I was given a rental from Copeland and I left. It was discovered water was pouring onto my junction box (whatever that is!)...causing the problems I was having. My car was at Copeland for 2 wks. The part was on back order. In that 2 wks. Charlie spoke with me almost daily....and sometimes more than 1 call per day. Dave MacCormick promised me they would get to the bottom on it.....and they did! Both he and Charlie kept me abreast of the status of my van. They both were very knowledgeable and professional making me feel as if I was the only customer they had. I think people in general, myself included, don't hesitate to complain when a service is not done properly. It's important to give praise when deserved. I had a fantastic experience when buying my 2009 Toyota Camry. I love this car. I dealt with Tony Petti and Steve Buchanan. Tony took the time to explain the features of the car. Tony took the time to show me the Camry Hybrid. Tony also gave me time to discuss my buying decision with my mom when I asked him to give me a few minutes. I felt that I got a good deal. The only things that should have been explained were the maintenance schedule and warranty. I definatly see my self recommending Copeland Toyota to people that I talk to about cars. I will also recommend that they see Tony. Tony is a pleasant person to deal with along with Steve. Thanks Rich More

I bought my new Camry from Copeland Toyota and I know that I got a good deal. This is my third Camry from them. The experience was awkward and uncomfortable but Im sure when Stephen gets back from Vacati that I got a good deal. This is my third Camry from them. I was going to wait for him to get back but Dan explained Copeland works like a team and they take care of each other. It was reasurring to hear that because I have had a different view of what it must be like to work at a car dealership, let alone take vacation. Trust me when I say this you will get a great deal at Copeland, but pack a lunch and leave the kids at home and dont take any of it personal! But in the end the car is in my driveway not theirs and the price was unbeatable! So if you can handle some high pressure sales head to Copeland Toyota! More
