Since the day I purchased my car 5 years ago, every interaction I"ve had with Copeland has been great. Everyone is exceptionally helpful, friendly and works hard. I recommend Copeland to everyone who mentions considering a car -- and when I start to think about purchasing a new car, staying with Copeland is one of the reason (in addition to reliability... but there are other manufacturers who also have a reliable product) that I think of staying with Toyota.... but if you don't continue to have a convertible, I'm not sure what I'll do. I have only used service once. It was because my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped from AAA. I brought the car to Copeland where the service technician (I don't know his name) greeted me at my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped from AAA. I brought the car to Copeland where the service technician (I don't know his name) greeted me at my car and and assured me he would get right on it. I also told him that when I picked up my new car it had to be jumped started. I was a very short time before he came back and told me that my battery had a dead cell and that he had replaced it. He was extremely courteous and helpful. It has been fine since. I have taken my car on a trip to Florida, from which I am now on my way home where I will require my first scheduled service i.e. oil change etc. and expect to have another positive experience. More
