I have been a Copeland Toyota customer for more than 20 years. I have purchased at least 6 cars there, 3 brand new. It's the only dealership I have dealt with during this time. I was impressed by the friendliness of the personnel. It was nice to see the willingness of each sales person on the floor to answer the many questions I had. We purchased a new 2010 Corolla from Copeland Toyota for my mother-in-law. It was by far the best car purchase experience. Brian Dombrowski (Internet sales) provided a competitive price, but important my mother-in-law. It was by far the best car purchase experience. He didn't question the agreed email price and was really resourceful. Joe worked with the their service department and buffed out the scuff mark someone did to my mother-in-law's rental. She went from panicked to relieved. How cool to have someone do that for your in-law? He knows the area and told us where else we can return her Enterprise rental car, which saved us about an hour off our day. We then met Laura, the finance person, got a 0% rate on top of a great price, and surprisingly, she didn't use scare tactics to sell us on "must have" options. We went in around 3pm, and left with a new car around 6pm (with new plates, car cleaned, etc.). This experience was a surprise because it was so pleasant. They are not the biggest dealer, but certainly the better dealer. I recommended by brother recently, and would go back and recommend them again. More

I have always been treated with respect and have no complaints. I was also driven to school when my car stopped on the way. I am alittle conserned with the work I had done on my 2007 Lexus ES350, Lexus told me that since I had a Toyota dealership do the work, if I had any future engine problems my warentee would not be honore 2007 Lexus ES350, Lexus told me that since I had a Toyota dealership do the work, if I had any future engine problems my warentee would not be honored by Lexus? Please note I purchased my Lexus at this dealership ( it only had 5K for miles) And I have done a lot of business with Copeland Toyota and I trust their service department. I wish I knew this before I had this repair. By the way the repair turned out to be an Oil Line that blew and had to be replaced. Again I like Copeland Toyota, and will continue to send business to them. Maybe Copeland could extend my current warrentee to put me at some comfort with my auto. This was the fastest, easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new car. I was very surprised to find that Copeland Toyota has a RMV office right on sight. The service staff was very helpful. They serviced my car quickly even though it looked like the dealership was busy that day.
