This is my 3rd car that I have bought from Copeland. My husband and I also get all of our service done there. I have also recommended Copeland to others. The only issue I have is that I brought my car back 3 times for the same issue and each time it cost me quite a bit but the issue was never resolved. The first time I told them that what they did would n times for the same issue and each time it cost me quite a bit but the issue was never resolved. The first time I told them that what they did would not resolve the problem because I had already done that myself (it was the first thing I thought of to do and explained that since my father had been a mechanic for over 50 years I knew to do that). The second time when I brought it back they determined it was something else (don't remember now) but again, I said I thought they were wrong. By now I had already laid out over $300. "The problem was they couldn't duplicate the problem." Finally when it was having the problem, I called from the road and let them someone listen to the noise it made and he determined what it was (which is what I said from the very beginning) but I won't pay the $800.00+ unless they rebate me the other two experiments! Unfortunately this dealership is the "good" dealership in the area. I believe this could have been resolved if they had checked what I asked them to check for the first time and not guessed. More

The team provided great service, a fair price and excellent follow-up. When we encountered an unexpected problem with the vehicle they were prompt and helpful. After working with several other Toyota dealerships, I found Copeland to be extremely helpful. I did not enter the dealership with the intention of buying a car. The sales team did not pressure me into making a decision, but instead educated me on the features and options of the various models, allowing me to make an educated decision. After looking at several models, I decided to purchase a new Highlander. Copeland helped me with the financing, working with my bank who ultimately provided the loan. I feel I received a fair deal on my new car, and a great customer service experience from everyone at the dealership. More

Since the day that I purchased my vehicle at Copeland Toyota, I have always returned there for regular maintenance and repairs. To this date, I have always been pleased with the quality of service. The service specialists are professional and friendly. The technicians work in a timely fashion. If the situation is taking longer than originally was anticipated, the service specialists keep you informed of the progress being made and the reason for the delay. I also feel very comfortable asking questions and trust the answers that I have received. Dave MacCormick inspires one to have confidence in the service department and I trust that I am getting an honest opinion when I ask him a question. There are a few Toyota dealerships that would be closer for me to take my vehicle, but they do not inspire the trust that I have at Copeland. The service set up is second to none. With drive in service, the weather is never a problem. I am promptly greeted and my vehicle is "prepped" for service. The waiting area is spacious, welcoming and comfortable. More
