You should also be aware that this is the second car that I’ve purchased from Copeland in the past five years and I must say that I was very happy with the first one. I’ve also sent you at least three customers in the past five years due to my good experience with Copeland and I will send them more in the future given the chance. There are many dealerships and brands of vehicles to chose from today but I have to say that Toyota make a quality vehicle and Copeland is willing to sell and services for you like the day you bought it. We had visited 3 other Toyota dealers before going to Copeland, including McGee in Hanover where we had done business for YEARS! We were met with high pressure, high prices and "the deal is only good fo Copeland, including McGee in Hanover where we had done business for YEARS! After a brief conversation at Copeland with RAY (assistant sales manager??) while we we were walking around looking at colors of cars,we returned to meet with Tony Petti. In a matter of minutes we were relaxed and laughing about our other experiences. Tony treated us with respect and professionalism. We had actually brought our car to Copeland for services in the past because of the location and great service, not to mention the great coffee! This time we decided to buy our previously leased car and lease a new car. Tony even found me an aloe green, my first choice of color! He led us down the path with warmth, sincerity and professionalism. When we picked up the car he went over all the details of how everything worked (even though it was our 5th Toyota) and made sure we had no questions. The car was also immaculate. Our financial person, Steve Buchanan was also VERY personable and knowledgeable. He facilitated our purchase and our lease with expertise making our confidence level quite high! What more can I say? We were very leary about going back to a dealership at all. The staff at Copeland was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgable. They answered all our questions and soothed our fears. We purchased our 2007 Camry hybrid from Copeland in September, 2006. It was the first Toyota we had ever bought. The purchase negotiations were practically nil because time was of the essence since t September, 2006. It was the first Toyota we had ever bought.
