My wife and I have owned 5 Toyotas over the years, my last Tacoma (98) had over 340k miles on it before I sold it! I went to Boch South to look at purchasing my new Tacoma and the dealership did not have the same feel as it did back in 1998 and we had a similarliy bad experience there again in 2003 when we bought our Camry. So we tried Copeland! From day one I felt like I belonged there I was comfortable and the Sales people were friendly but not pushy and gave us the space we needed. I have ben going back for service and we intend to continue patronizing Copeland in the future! Keep up the good work! More

I have been very satisfied with the way my service needs have been taken care of. I find the prices somewhat high but not unreasonably so.
