My experience at Copeland Toyota was excellent from start to finish. I had shopped around online ahead of time and Copeland Toyota was the most competitive pricing wise for the Sienna minivan. Alan, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient walking through various options for the Sienna including finding the best way for us to finance it. Laura, the business manager, was very helpful and made sure the insurance and other paperwork went smoothly so I could take the car home with me that day. I was treated with respect and each person I dealt with was highly professional and friendly. My wife loves her new car which fits our large family perfectly and fits our budget and current gas prices as well. More

I was given the opportunity to drive less expensive pre-certed models and was very pleased with my decision.Kim did not use "the pressure sales line" It is my hope that all salespersons male or femal pre-certed models and was very pleased with my decision.Kim did not use "the pressure sales line" It is my hope that all salespersons male or female have the same motivation to make a customer feel as comfortable as Kim did. I never felt pressurred to make a "buy" ot to make her sale. The only issues I had was that the finance person who I can not remembr by name was not prepared in a timely fashion when I went to pick up my car. I love my new RAV4. It's is VERY comfortable with all kinds of bells and whistles like bluetooth enabled. Very economical with loads of room - I am 6'4"! I visited many Toyota dealerships throughout my buying experience and highly recommend Copeland Toyota of Brockton. It was the last dealership I visited in 2006 when buying my second Toyota and it was th experience and highly recommend Copeland Toyota of Brockton.
