Wonderful experience from the minute I walked in. I never felt pressured like other dealerships. I went to Toyota and felt turned off from the very minute when I was looking at RAV 4's. The first time I went I went to thr garage and rest drove thr Honda CRV and knew I wanted to buy it. I thought about it for a while and then went back a 2nd time. Then I did some research and worked out the numbers. I discussed it with my partner and on my lunch break I went back and dealt with stephen who I felt comfortable with and I knew that was it. I wanted my partner to test drive it before making a final decision. He did. I went in to do the financing and picked up my car on a Monday. Since they did not have the color I wanted in the hybrid, I had to wait 2 weeks. I am happy with my decision. More
