I have now gotten 3 cars through Joe Randazzo at Coral Springs Honda. Each time, I think the experience couldn't possibly be easier or more pleasant, and yet every time he blows my expectations out of the Springs Honda. Each time, I think the experience couldn't possibly be easier or more pleasant, and yet every time he blows my expectations out of the water! Joe is the reason I keep coming back and why my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and husband have all gone to Joe since! I work in automotive advertising and I know all the frustrations.. from the incessant sales calls and emails to the countless hours spent at the dealership. I've never experienced any of those headaches with Joe! More

I was looking to change my headlights and sadly I was told they had only one in stock. In addition, I was intending to change my wiper insets and I couldn’t since I was told that I will be charged over a told they had only one in stock. Not happy to have to go through this This dealer can do so much better. More

Bought my new Honda civic 2 weeks ago in the evening with Coral Springs Honda, everything was great until my sales associate seemed to be in a hurry to get out & watch the Miami Heat game... I was not given Coral Springs Honda, everything was great until my sales associate seemed to be in a hurry to get out & watch the Miami Heat game... I was not given a sales contract/Buyer's order/bill of sale. Nothing!!! First time in my life I ever left a dealer wondering if I really owed a car?? well, here we are 4 phone calls later to both George the sales assoc & main number transferred to many diff people until I was hung up on today 5/30/23 which now has prompted me to leave a msge for the GM since nobody else can help me. Maybe this will get the attention of someone to reach out to me. Thanks Mr.Grant More
