The experience started out nice, very clean and welcoming. However, once I left my car there was ZERO communication. I had to call 4 times and wait on hold for over 15 mins each time In an attempt welcoming. However, once I left my car there was ZERO communication. It showed pending approval for hours until I finally got through to the service rep at 3 pm (I dropped off at 8 am with a prearranged appointment 2 weeks in advance).
