I bought a Kia Nero which I love. Coconut Creek Kia was the only dealership that had the car that I wanted so I had to deal with them. I really wanted to go to Rick case. I traded in my 2018 Kia Sportage w the only dealership that had the car that I wanted so I had to deal with them. I really wanted to go to Rick case. I traded in my 2018 Kia Sportage which I should’ve sold out right so that was on me because I got a very low price for it. After the fact I spoke to Mark the sales manager and Petri the general manager and explained how upset I was and they basically said oh well deals done! I was offered quite a bit more from other dealerships and what Kelley blue book showed. Very disappointed and I will never buy a car From this dealership again. Funny how they want to hear all your praises afterwards but if you have a concern they want nothing to do with you. More
