Great Experience. Juan Carlos was very polite courteous and knew the information about the cars. He had the answers to my questions. Mark his Manager was great as well. He spoke to you not at you. He was a good and patient manager and you could see his staff was respectful of him and they were respectful themselves to everybody. Mark was reasonable and knowledgeable to deal with. Again normal not pushy. Good atmosphere in that dealership. I would do business with Mark and Juan Carlos again anytime. The finance manager was also great. Again, normal and helpful to explain everything. He was patient as well. I have bought other cars and always felt uncomfortable but with these three people I felt good and my husband will be back to buy a car next year. We were very very happy with the wonderful service.
