He exceeded my expectations and really was someone who listened to the customers needs and responded accordingly. I walked out of a competitors dealership because the rep I was working with was overridden at every level. I even told them that, but the behavior continued. Samir was a gentlemen and understood when I asked him to be honest with me and asked if he had the authority to talk numbers and he told me yes. That was all I needed to hear. One person to negotiate with. After the deal was done, Samir further explained the features of the Sportage SX to me and walked me through the manual. It was a pleasurable experience for me. Instead of 4 trips to a dealership to meet 7 different people, I was happy that I was able to talk numbers and workout the deal I wanted with one person within one visit. I had made up my mind what I wanted before I ever went to a dealership. I owned a Kia when I lived in NYS. I liked the features. I just needed a reasonable deal and Samir was able to deliver. Samir is a keeper. Carlos Salas is an asset to your dealership as well. Carlos is a true professional and walked me through every detail of the lease transaction.
