Horrible experience I try twice. The first experience i when for my first oil change and they told me i had some manufacture ssues with my anntena. For my surprise l, whe I try twice. The first experience i when for my first oil change and they told me i had some manufacture ssues with my anntena. For my surprise l, when i picked up my car all the inside top of the car were dirty with the greasy hand of the mechanic. Even though, i told the assistant manager to make sure no to dirty the car because it was brand new. The second time. My second oil change i told the guy to put air on my tires and when i picked up my car they forget to put the air. They took it back and they put almost 40psi and my tires only take 35psi. So, i went back and on the third time they left it on 38 psi. When i went home and the tire got hot they turn 41, so i had to fix it myself. Besides that, the tech got mad because i told the manager and they switch the cover for the air valves and put old rusted ones and my car has new ones because i just got the car no too long ago. They are the only onces that had touches my car since i got it. I will never go there ever again. More

I purchase a Kia Sorento in 2011 and I have been happy with the Hope all is well! First I would like to mention that I was a big fan of Kia vehicles. I purchase a Kia Sorento in 2011 and I have been happy with the car and the service that Coral Spring Kia has done over the last few years. In my last visit all has changed, basically I took my car for couple recalls while they worked on those recalls the service advisor mention that I needed new front brake pads, so I got the new breaks because it was necessary. When I received my car back and driving home, suddenly I started to hear a noise in the front of the car, left side … Note that noise was not there when I dropped the car. So I took back the car to the dealer, the service advisor checked the car and he told me that the reason for that noise was because the struts needs to be replaced. I asked, how that is possible that strut will break just like that, the service advisor got defensive and rude. At this point I was really upset because I know for a fact that my car was in perfect shape and now Coral Springs Kia wants over $450 to fix something that was nothing wrong when I dropped the car…. I have taken my car to mechanic that I trust to check the noise and to my surprise there was no need to replace the strut as coral springs kia stated. The mechanic found a missing bolt on the front left side brake caliper replaced by Coral springs kia. Please explain why your team is doing those bogus business practices. Also you have put my wife, my two kids and myself in danger…. You forgot to put a bolt on the brake caliper and now your service team is telling me that I have to pay over $450 to fixing something that does not need to be fixed like the strut? That is unacceptable…. Did I mention that I was a BIG FAN of KIA and that I was in the market to buy a new KIA SEDONA… well after this experience and bogus business practices from Coral Springs I’m reassessing buying again from KIA, I will never go back to Coral Springs Kia. More
Worst Customer Services I spoke to Ricky on 8/28, and I made an appointment for same day, to see Michael or Kevin, so I stopped by around 5:40, saw Kevin, explained my situat I spoke to Ricky on 8/28, and I made an appointment for same day, to see Michael or Kevin, so I stopped by around 5:40, saw Kevin, explained my situation and sd wont be a problm. So they appraised my car for $11,000.00 and I told Kevin my car Appraised 14,000.00 last May by you guys. Then he said thats imposible. Also I told Kevin that my car Apparaised 16,500.00 on another dealer.. His answered was not your car. So I left and went to Rick Case Kia in Sunrise and Purchased a Kia Soul Plus 2018. Got the traded in I was offered, and 6 oils Changes for Free. The salesperson didnt know anything about the 3 Kia soul models. I would never make buss with them again. And the good reviews that they get is because their friend a family purchased the car there. More
