I was looking for a new car as my current lease (from another maker) was up. I told my sales rep what features I was looking for and what my budget was. He was able to get me all the info I needed quickly and we were off on a test drive. Afterwards it was just a matter of picking the color. A short time later all the paperwork was done and I was on my way in my new car! There was no back and forth with all the price haggling I had experienced at other dealerships. The staff was friendly and the showroom was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

Great Experience Despite the Unexpected Events I have owned an older Kia Forte Koup for about 4 years, and I figured it was time for me to trade it in for a newer vehicle. I found the car that I wa I have owned an older Kia Forte Koup for about 4 years, and I figured it was time for me to trade it in for a newer vehicle. I found the car that I wanted (2014 Kia Forte Koup SX) on Coral Springs Kia's website and set up an appointment. I had 2 salesman that day (Miguel and Andrew). I was shown the car, and based on what I saw and experienced, I made the decision to buy it. Everything went smoothly, and both the salesmen and the sales manager (Gary) were great to work with and professional. Gary was even able to get me an additional rebate, which I had not expected. I also had the pleasure of financing the car with the help of Joe, finance manager, who really helped me out and gave me a lot of advice. However, as I was waiting for my new car to be pulled up so that I could drive off in it, things took a turn. As it turns out, my new car had apparently been scratched on 3 different sides by the automatic machine that washes cars. I was extremely grateful for them informing me about this and very appreciative that they were honest with me. They could have just let me leave the lot without telling me about the scratches, but they didn't! The only problem now was that I could no longer leave the lot with that car, and I was running short on time. Fortunately, Coral Springs Kia had another 2014 Kia Forte Koup SX with the color that I wanted. However, this car had more upgrades than the car I had originally purchased and was more expensive. Enter Gary who was able to get me an amazing deal on the car due to the inconvenience. He also provided me with a meal ticket, as I had been there for about 4 hours now and had still not eaten breakfast. In the end, I was at the dealer for over 6 hours due to having to re-sign all of the paperwork and having to wash, clean, and wax the other car, which they made sure to have hand-washed. Despite these circumstances, I was able to get an amazing deal and walk out a very satisfied customer with an even better car than I had expected. Thank you, Coral Springs Kia! More
