I always have amazing customer service when I go to Coral Springs Kia to get my car serviced. My service advisor was Gianmikael Loyola. I was really surprised to get a phone call at noon that it was already done. I highly recommend Coral Springs Kia. More

Brought a kia sorento 2019 new in 2019, after one and a half years my car battery went bad, called kia service dept., in Coral Springs, fl. where i brought vech., Lady told me battery still under warrantee half years my car battery went bad, called kia service dept., in Coral Springs, fl. where i brought vech., Lady told me battery still under warrantee brought car in they said they changed battery, 1 /1/2 years later battery bad again. Spoke to salesman who told me after 1 /1/2 years due to heat in Florida batteries don't last much more than a year and a half, service dept., also stated that to me. Very conveniently could not find any documentation of last battery change. but want to put me in a new car. This is a scam they use to either get you to buy a new car or pay almost 400.00 for a new battery. They they don't log the battery change so your screwed when you come back under the 3 year warranty. They also take a battery out of a same year car and put it in yours so they can say this is orig., battery. My salesman also talked my wife into a 3 year lease when she traded her car in every two years with 50,000 miles on it, so she got burnt on the lease when she terminated it. and the added lots on money on to her new car. After buying several cars from coral springs and there unprofessional sneaky ways of ripping people off. I DO NOT Recommend buying from them. Buying a Kia go to a different dealer, Not Coral Springs. P.S. Spoke to employees at Auto zone, Batteries & more and a auto mechanic Who say that statement made by Kia reps., that a 3 year battery goes bad in 1 1/2 years in Florida is the biggest load of crap they ever heard. Also got the battery from Batteries & bulbs for 227.00 and Kia wanted 380.00 p[us tax and install. So don't think kia is being honest cause there not. N. Heg. More

I have requested oil change, tire rotation and put in the notes that I needed to have a noise checked in the cabin. When I arrived (12:00pm), the rep told me that they had too many cars and may not have ti notes that I needed to have a noise checked in the cabin. When I arrived (12:00pm), the rep told me that they had too many cars and may not have time to check the noise and would need another appointment. I have requested this appointment a month in advance to have all checked and avoid coming back. When I came for the car, obviously they didn’t have time to check the noise. Now I have to make yet another appointment (not satisfied with this). On top of this, the said the car would be ready by 4:45pm. I ended up with the car by 5:40 instead even though they close at 5. Very slow, they don’t deliver what they promise and they fail to commit to a time. More
