The day started out with a genuine hello from Shawn Ressler (KIA representative). He asked what I needed assistance with and took care of business right away . When you go there, ask for him as he was Ressler (KIA representative). He asked what I needed assistance with and took care of business right away . When you go there, ask for him as he was very friendly, helpful and most of all professional! I was greeted by several other members of KIA making me feel that I was there and not just another number in line. I will be continuing my vehicle maintenance at this location and with Shawn Ressler. Take time to understand that the service they provide takes time, but the customer waiting area is quite comfortable and has what you need to wait patiently for your vehicle to be serviced. I have to set up a brake replacement here in the next few weeks, I will write about the experience when complete. More
