When I confronted the finance manager, I was told only my original representative “David Lopez” could fix it. I have made several follow-up calls since then and have been completely ignored. Please avoid him at all cost and read your contract. I was able to catch and have him correct the amount of miles he put on the contract as only “5” when the vehicle already had “45” miles on it but unfortunately I did not catch the “5000” miles per year minimum he put on the contract, when I specifically told them I wanted 10,000 per year but he deceitfully changed it I guess to justify the monthly payment I was able to secure from them. DISTASTEFUL! Their finance and sales department lack any form of accountability or integrity. Also had a bad experience with one of their technicians very condescending. Take your money elsewhere! I completed a credit application and submitted every document requested because I was repeatedly assured that everything would be ready before I arrived. Based on those written representations, my family and I drove approximately 40 miles each way, spending nearly five hours in traffic. When we arrived, the finance manager refused to honor any of the written commitments made by the dealership and repeatedly told us, "I'm the boss. I don't care what was promised." This review is not about failing to agree on a price. It is about being encouraged to make a long trip based on written commitments that were completely disregarded once we arrived. I also brought my brother, whose lease is ending soon, because we intended to lease a Nissan Murano for him as well. Instead of earning two customers, Coral Springs Nissan lost both of us. I have retained all emails, text messages, and written communications documenting the entire process. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reported this matter to Nissan North America Consumer Affairs. This review is not about failing to agree on a price. It is about written commitments that were used to bring a customer to the dealership, only to be completely disregarded upon arrival.
