The worst experience in my life. They provided poor customer service. They were rude and dismissive with our concerns and questions after they took the majority of our money. Getting in touch with a representative that was kind, considerate and helpful was impossible. In the end we cancelled the transaction. The paperwork and certified check could not be found. They even had the audacity to ask which car did we purchase. I do not recommend their service. I will continue to recommend everyone purchase a vehicle elsewhere. More
