I bought a Nissan LEAF SV Plus here. Rollin worked with me test driving a Rogue at first. Then I changed my mind and wanted to go all electric. The next rep who helped me is Chris, I bel Rollin worked with me test driving a Rogue at first. Then I changed my mind and wanted to go all electric. The next rep who helped me is Chris, I believe, but I don't see him on the list. He was also helpful. The next time I came in, he wasn't available, so Rollin helped me again. He also showed me the ins and outs of the new car. The rest of the staff has been helpful. If there is any criticism of the dealership, it is that the service times have been long. This had been the case in at least three visits. Other than that, everything has been great. More

The worst possible experience ever, I would be very careful whenever doing business with coral springs nissan. The situation started off like this. I saw a campaign that there was a good deal on a n careful whenever doing business with coral springs nissan. The situation started off like this. I saw a campaign that there was a good deal on a nissan frontier lease, so I called up a few dealerships and when i came across coral springs nissan and spoke to them they said they had one in stock and that i can come today to pick it up, this was about a month ago. I got into an uber and drove an hour away to get the vehicle. Ofcourse i get there and the sales guy tells me that they don't have it in stock, they just sold it as I came in. So i tell them thats not fair, I took an uber here and spent money to come and get the car and ofcourse that was for nothing, since they didn't have it in stock. So the sales manager, tells me that he spoke to his manager and that i can send my receipts for the uber and they will reimburse me for it. I said wow, thats amazing customer service, but to my surprise here we are a month later and i still didn't receive anything. I spoke to the dealership a few days later and they asked me to come back in and we can work out a deal, i said ok no problem. I came back spoke to the sales guy and we were able to close a deal that worked out well for both parties. I mentioned to him that i have a lease that i have to return and that i still have equity on the car, he had it inspected and he said if you sell us the car, you won't need to put any deposit, fee's or anything down and you would just pay your monthly payments. I said ok, that sounds like a good deal, lets do it. So we signed the paper work, I went to the finance manager, signed the paper work with him. I even asked do I have to make my last payment for the lease, he said no. Now i was getting emails from nissan stating that I will be late on my payments if I don't make this payment. I called and spoke to the finance manager, and he said make the payment and if its overpaid then nissan will send you the overpayment back. I said ok, even though you told me I wouldn't have to make this payment, I said ok i'll make it, because I don't like to be late on my payments. Now again, 3 weeks later, all of a sudden I get a call from my sales guy stating that I need to put down a deposit for them to hold the car for me. I told him I don't understand, we signed the paperwork and you told me when the car comes in I just have to bring back my lease fill out some more paperwork and take the new car, how all of a sudden do I have to make a deposit. He tells me they won't hold the car if you don't. The general manager calls me which he said his name was Cal, which seems like he gave me a false name; because when i looked up to see who the general manager was it said it was (Jason Corkum) so not sure why he would gave me a fake name, but he said listen you need to make that deposit or we won't hold the car for you. I said does that seem fair, that 3 weeks later after signing all the paperwork your telling me I have to put down a deposit after we signed everything and your finance manager and sales guy told me that when the car comes in I just need to come in fill out some more paperwork and then give you my lease and I can take the new lease. He said thats the way we do business here. He also proceeds to tell me that if I put down the deposit that when I come pick up the car he will send me the refund for the uber, which i was told a month ago that would happen, not pending any deposit or anything. I told him, as a customer with all the things that have happened so far, does it like look I would trust you with a deposit now? He said "if you don't trust me don't do business with me, i'm cutting this short, do you want to put the deposit for the car or not?" I said i'll call back tomorrow and let you know. A few days later, I speak to the sales guy and he tells me that his GM decided to just cancel the deal. I am assuming that he wanted get more money for it, so I guess the contracts that are signed with them only protect the dealer not the customer, since they don't seem to care about honoring signed contracts. This company has amazing business practices and as you can see care a lot about their customers. The only reason i am writing this review is just so no one else has to go through what I just went through with them. Hope this helps. More
