Beware of misleading internet sales! For several days I communicated with Mr.Grand Marquis regarding 2 specific Nissan Frontiers they had in stock. I made an appointment for Sunday, Febr For several days I communicated with Mr.Grand Marquis regarding 2 specific Nissan Frontiers they had in stock. I made an appointment for Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 3:00 pm. On Sunday morning, Mr. Marquis confirmed that the vehicles were still in stock. I wanted to confirm the vehicles were in stock before making the 40+ mile drive to the dealer from my home. When I arrived at the dealership I was given the run-around and shown a different vehicle. After talking to 2 other "managers" I was told they could order the car I wanted. When I expressed my frustrations to the general sales manager, all he did was offer to fill my vehicle's gas tank. This is unacceptable and a terrible business practice. They purposely lured me to the dealership by misleading and lying. This behavior is precisely the reason why car salesmen have the terrible reputation they have. Lying to your customers is a very, very bad business practice.
