On Friday November 26, 2022 I visited Nissans. However, I was NOT aware it was Black Friday. On visiting, I attend the desk of Fatima Bargul to greet her on previous hospitality of interactions. She i was NOT aware it was Black Friday. On visiting, I attend the desk of Fatima Bargul to greet her on previous hospitality of interactions. She immediately pointed out that it was Black Friday & she lead me to Sale man Dion Alcantara, & subsequently to Oksana Chaussky. Fatima & Oksana had stand up to the end (1/24/2022), day day my Nissan Kicks was delivered to me. I could also say Dave (service area) had service my Nissan Trade in. Came in to trade in my Kia Optima with Kia……they were sold out of the car I wanted to purchase. A Nissan representative from the Pre-Owned Selection welcomed me & my husband to check out the cars in stoc sold out of the car I wanted to purchase. A Nissan representative from the Pre-Owned Selection welcomed me & my husband to check out the cars in stock and we feel in love with a Jeep Cherokee that was shy 600 miles. Will never use them again. Constant unnecessary negotiating. During sale process threatened to walk out 3-4 times. Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Finally, told me I had a car & negotiating. During sale process threatened to walk out 3-4 times. Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Finally, told me I had a car & had signed paperwork with VIN # with delivery later in month. Called me 3 times while I was out of town wanting to know when I would pick up my car even though I told them I would not be available until end of Dec and I wasn't picking it up, it was being delivered to me. When I returned home & called to arrange car delivery I didn't have a car! People don't call you back & you have to constantly chase them. I finally contacted Nissan No.America after which I was finally contacted by the Coral Springs Nissan GSM. Only then was I finally kept apprised of what was going on and when I would finally have a new car. More
