Terrible the worse dealer to buy a vehicle, I don’t know how can you said you are the number one in the world when you treat you customers like garbage I still waiting for my truck and for Nissan I already how can you said you are the number one in the world when you treat you customers like garbage I still waiting for my truck and for Nissan I already have the truck and the payment is due on 01/11/22 and I don’t have the truck can you believe that and beside that I have to pay $500 extra for a bed liner More

Very poor service. I hope never need to come to that dealership. Big empty promises - endless waiting time - signing documents without getting time to read or have a copy of it - sale person horrible ex dealership. Big empty promises - endless waiting time - signing documents without getting time to read or have a copy of it - sale person horrible experience- not able to answer questions in English !!!.. every my question was answered no problem yes !!!.. or anything I was asking for … 5x left voicemail never got back to me - i had to force to each step forward and be on the top of the buying my new vehicle. I spoke to manager after all and I told her my process - she couldn’t believe it either. I love my Nissan but service and communication on very low level. In the future I will skip that dealership. More
