I am very happy with my car. however I have been waiting since 11/29 for my car mats. I Have been told numerous times I will get them, but that has not happened. Coral Springs Nissan a very unfriendly all they care about is making a sale and out the door they exasperate you until you are so exhausted that you will sign anything. it took us almost 7 hours before about is making a sale and out the door they exasperate you until you are so exhausted that you will sign anything. it took us almost 7 hours before we finally got our vehicle and then when we got it it was dirty Mats were missing holes in upholstery but they did not care they said to come back and they will clean it up that was a trick because once you have driven off the parking lot you're out of steam stay away from Coral Springs Nissan and I will continue making bad reviews until they will give me the courtesy to call me and tell me to stop to this day their customer follow up is disgusting they do not care!! Worst car buying experience of my 73 years. I was baught there on false pretenses. I am a previous customer. I was texting Rick and I specifically asked him the vehicle that I saw on line was in stock. He a there on false pretenses. I am a previous customer. I was texting Rick and I specifically asked him the vehicle that I saw on line was in stock. He assured me that it was and when I arrived I found out that it was not.STRIKEN ONE. I spoke to the salesman Hector and told him what I wanted. Then he called over David Lopez to work out finances. We came to an agreement. I had told David that I needed Homelink and that another dealer had provided it for free on my wife's Rogue. He said he would check if it could be done. I signed the paperwork and gave a $500 deposit with the understanding that I would put a total of $1500 down. In my way home I looked at the papers and noticed that it said that I owed $1514 and not$1000. I called Hector and asked what this was. He said it was for the Homelink. I went back to the dealer and David Lopez came over and said that he was splitting the cost of the Homelink with me. I told him that I was not going to pay $1082 for something that i have gotten for free before and it only costs around $300 to buy the part and install it. He said he would remove the charge and acted like a kid who is caught with his hand in a cookie jar. BUSTED.STRIKE 2. The promised date of delivery of the car was Dec 27th. When I looked at the paperwork later it said Dec 27th -Jan 16th. Nobody including David Lopez or Hector pointed this out to me.Looks kind of sneaky to me. STRIKE 3. I went to another dealer and got treated very nicely. I ended up with a lower price with a lower down payment with the trim that I wanted. The delivery time was better also. I noticed that there seemed to be no connection between the salesman and finance guy. In fact the salesman looked frightened to speak around him. They didn't appear to be on the same team. Something is wrong at this dealership. To me it looks like a hostile environment to work in. More
