Spent 7 hours over 2 days at the dealership. Was contacted and told that they agreed to a vehicle price and to come in to buy the car. Instead of honoring the price they agreed to, they decided to cancel the deal of a thirty year customer. More

Took me 2 days to reach a deal, music to loud, when I get into the car the tire light was on so the salesman took the car to the service and put some air on it, 2 days later I had to come back to the dealer, into the car the tire light was on so the salesman took the car to the service and put some air on it, 2 days later I had to come back to the dealer, war between me and Service Manager, war between both Managers, end of story, a car brand new only 3 miles on it was with a nail on the tire.
