Salesman Eric was great. Finance Dept needs help, had to return due to documents not being correct. Service Dept also has issues, been calling for 3 days and no one calling me back. Cannot leave a message a return due to documents not being correct. Service Dept also has issues, been calling for 3 days and no one calling me back. Really good customer service from the sales department. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about financing. If your car or truck is getting delivered and you ever have to deal with Johnathon Rosario FINACE Unfortunately I can’t say the same about financing. If your car or truck is getting delivered and you ever have to deal with Johnathon Rosario FINACE MANAGER pls be aware and make sure to ask for copies of the contract and the paperwork you are signing on pre delivering, reason being is: he will ask to sign new paperwork after the car has been delivered with the excuse that there was a mistake in the old contract and it’s no longer valid. The new paperwork will be completely different and have higher monthly payments. Do not make the same mistake I did and fall for its lies. Hope this review can be of help. More
