He makes me come on May 12th my son has to fly in from LA, to finalize the exchange of 2018 Rough with 2021 Rough. When I get at the dealership, he told me he just went someplace and I should ask for Eric. While latter I find out that it is Frank Day-off. Any way Erick helps out and he start asking same paperwork what has already being provided to Frank. I don’t want to turn in the 2018 car as a lease return as I could a enjoy another 6 months. But since manager Moe ask me to get it appraise as these cars are in high demand due to chip shortage, we will purchase the car and will give you equity in the car. They adjust my old Lease price to 206/month by me forking out 5200 though they led me to believe the old car credit is 5700 and everything get adjusted. And on final papers the provided me for closing shown on lift side 5700 credit but right-side jump you again and charge me 5200. After I left the dealership and on my way to home at the gas station, I see that the tag plate is missing. I have to turn back to dealership to remove from my old car tag plate. At the same time Finance manager call me back and ask to come back to dealership since there is a mistake in paperwork, he put the wrong Vin no. he need to process all the paperwork again. I ask both the finance manager and Manger Moe why my exchange car credit I don’t see property applied or I am not being disclosed. So far none has replied. Any shop or dealership is only as good as the professional staff work there. On May 12, 2021 it was disaster. More

Terrible service, the sales team did not live up to the promised price. I am used to dealing with people who usually keep their words, and that is not what happened at Coral Spring. No one here knows what the others are doing. Harassed and threatened me over payment that was coming from my bank. Would not recommend to anyone. When I showed up to the appointment the vehicle had 17 miles worth of gas in it and hadn’t even been detailed. We had to wait for an hour and a half while being passed from person to person. I literally had to swap out the licenses plate myself while the gas tank was being filled just to speed up the process of getting out of there. Horrendous. More

Abe was my salesman and he was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant. He is definitely an asset an should be treated as such. After he finished writing up my sale I waited over an hour and forty minutes just to see the finance department. I kept being told, another 5-10 minutes.. that happened about a half a dozen times. The experience that was suppose to be an exciting one quickly turned tiresome. I would not go back for this reason or recommend others to go there... You would thinking 'finishing' the sale and taking your money would be a quick process and a priority. More
