I originally gave a very good review but have since changed my mind due to recent problems. Nissan was wonderful until after I drove the car away. After I got home noticed some of the paperwork for title and registration was incorrect. I’ve been calling them for over a week and they are not responding and ignoring my calls. I also called customer service and they never called me back. Extremely disappointed since before I left the showroom they led me to believe they were very customer oriented. At this point I would not recommend them.

Ahí no hubo ningún malentendido, ahí hubo mentiras, a mi me dijeron que vuelva porque el papel que firme para que verificarán mi número de seguro social tenía un tiempo límite y se había expirado y tenía que volverlo a firmar, cuando llegué ahí la historia fué otra, me dijeron que ya habían verificado y era correcto pero que la financiera me aprobaba el crédito con un interés más alto, me subió el valor 2000 dólares, que era el valor que según ustedes me habían descontado, ya me habían hecho ir la primera vez también con mentiras, me dijeron que iba a ser "cero interés" cuando llegué ahí me dijeron que no para ese vehículo y ustedes me sacaron de otro dealer donde yo estaba negociando... Me mintieron muchas veces, yo quisiera mi dinero de vuelta y devolver el vehículo en la misma forma que ustedes cambiaron lo que yo inicialmente había aceptado... Ustedes me mintieron muchas veces!!! 100% desepcionada de ustedes. Compré 2 vehículos el año pasado en KIA. Desde el 2016 con ellos, ni un solo problema... Lamento mucho haberlos escogido a ustedes con dealer. Acá va otra mentira: me dijeron que la van venía con una parrilla interior. Pero resulta que NO VIENE, hay que llamar uno y llevar el vehículo hasta DAVIE para que lo pongan... Fue como comprar pan en Walmart y tener que ir a recogerlo a Publix. Porque no me explicaron esa parte antes de firmar papeles? Porque yo tengo que hacer esa gestión si yo les estoy pagando a ustedes, ustedes deberían de darme la propiedad completa, no por partes.. repito MALA EXPERIENCIA
