Manager rick sent me a few emails asking me to see him... then wouldn't come out to see me when I came in to the show room and still hasn't followed through. They told me my first oil change is free but didn't give it to me in writing so I dont think they'll follow through and I left a cd in my old car that they said they'd get for me... They haven't called back about it. So... I give them a 3 More

Asked for 15,000 miles per year on lease, they quietly snuck in 12,000. Asked for tinted windows, they didn't add it to the lease... I was very clear with two simple requests, and they played stupid about snuck in 12,000. Asked for tinted windows, they didn't add it to the lease... They bombard you with multiple people & each one either makes you start from the beginning with what you want, or they try to steer you in another direction. Slight of hand operation & way too pushy. Dropped off car to add leather seats & they told me it would be a 1/2 day job. 8 days later I finally got my car back from Nissan. This was my 2nd lease from this place & it will be my last. More
