I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I spent days exchanging emails, text messages, and phone calls with multiple employees at Coral Springs Nissan. I completed a credit deserves one. I spent days exchanging emails, text messages, and phone calls with multiple employees at Coral Springs Nissan. I completed a credit application and submitted every document requested because I was repeatedly assured that everything would be ready before I arrived. Based on those written representations, my family and I drove approximately 40 miles each way, spending nearly five hours in traffic. When we arrived, the finance manager refused to honor any of the written commitments made by the dealership and repeatedly told us, "I'm the boss. I don't care what was promised." This review is not about failing to agree on a price. It is about being encouraged to make a long trip based on written commitments that were completely disregarded once we arrived. I also brought my brother, whose lease is ending soon, because we intended to lease a Nissan Murano for him as well. Instead of earning two customers, Coral Springs Nissan lost both of us. I have retained all emails, text messages, and written communications documenting the entire process. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reported this matter to Nissan North America Consumer Affairs. This review is not about failing to agree on a price. It is about written commitments that were used to bring a customer to the dealership, only to be completely disregarded upon arrival. I hope Nissan reviews how customers are being treated at this dealership. More
