I just leased my 12th Nissan Altima from Coral Springs Nissan. Michael Firestone was my sales person last year and so I reached out to him again. He knew what I wanted on the car and what I was willing to spend. He called me as we had agreed, and I wound up with even more car than I requested. We agreed to a car and price over the phone and I went in to finalize the deal later that day. It was the easiest lease I had negotiated and I am thrilled with the car. More

I reached out to Coral Springs Nissan from Palm Beach County, where no dealer was willing to meet my pricing needs. My internet contact, Marquis, was very helpful in selecting the model I wanted. The Sal County, where no dealer was willing to meet my pricing needs. My internet contact, Marquis, was very helpful in selecting the model I wanted. The Sales Manager Bill put in all the work to meet my needs and get me the best deal. Not being there in person, this took days as opposed to hours, but the end result was the deal I was looking for. I commend him for working with me tirelessly. My sales person, Richard, was very professional, helpful, and took care of getting the materials together via email for the finance department to begin the purchase paperwork. Upon arrival at delivery I was ushered into the finance office. Even though the paperwork was somewhat ready, this process was much longer than I anticipated. There are a lot of forms put in front of you for signature (without much explanation), more than any other car I’ve purchased in multiple states, and I’ve purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime. (I encourage customers to fully read each form before signing). There were a few errors between the information I submitted on my online credit app to the information on the actual application for signing. My finance manager, Carlos, explained the errors away as “how he likes to show it”. He wasn’t correcting them and I felt rushed and as if I had no choice but to sign (I specifically wanted a quick in and out due to COVID vulnerability). I signed in haste just to get out. In hindsight I should have insisted they be corrected on the spot. (I did ask him to fix it later via text but I doubt it was done). Extended warranty pitch was much longer than my patience and Carlos’ insistence of a take it or leave it price led me to forget it. (I had found better prices elsewhere, which he didn’t want to meet). Richard did the delivery efficiently and quickly. All in all it was worth the hour drive to do business with a Nissan dealer that not only wanted my business, but who did all they had to do to earn it. After sale communications aren’t great. I feel ignored and forgotten now that my purchase is over. I had a few questions about some missing liners, found a gauge on my bumper (that wouldn't be visible at delivery), and I tried to give them another shot at the warranty, which didn’t work out. I’m still waiting for them to address these issues and fill out a form (from pre-delivery or delivery get ready) that I’ll need to purchase a Nissan Extended Warranty elsewhere (at about half the price). I suspect I won’t hear back nor get the form completed since they aren’t profiting off the sale of the warranty. (If I do I’ll update this review). It’s also puzzling to me that the parts department sells accessories for more in person than online. I saved about $30 ordering all weather mats via Nissan’s website that were shipped from Coral Springs Nissan. In summary, Although there were a few hiccups (notably Finance Department) Coral Springs Nissan should be on anyone’s list in Palm Beach County who wants the best deal delivered in a professional manner without many of the usual dealership aggravations. (Improvements in the Finance Department and after sale communications would yield two more stars). More

Everything changed in the blink of an eye, when I decided not to renew my lease but to buy the car. The car salesman was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Everything changed when after signing a paper that "guaranteed" a certain interest percentage, they sent me to the finance office. I am 70 years old and I have never met a person who lied with calm and cold blood like this person. It all started when he offered me the "GAP". When he explained to me, I told him that I would think about it, he immediately told me that as a senior citizen and a good customer, he was going to include me with a maintenance plan for three years that included, change of oil and rotation of the tires in the price of the GAP. When he printed all the pages for me to sign and handed them to me, I started asking him questions, he immediately told me that he had to leave the office to visit the show room because they were super busy and he had to tell other clients that they had to wait. , because I was signing some papers. When he returned to the office he took all the papers and practically took me out of the office and took me to the person who deals with car insurance. I was tremendously surprised when I received a letter from Wells Fargo telling me that they had financed my car loan. When I told that person that I wanted to finance my car with another institution he told me that it could not be done, that it had to be with Nissan Finance. Yet he did it with Wells Fargo The interest on the loan was not what we had agreed to, was higher. The maintenance plan that was to be part of the "GAP" was an extra $ 799.00, they were not part of the "GAP" as he promised me. $ 799.00 for two oil changes a year and tire rotation incredible. I do not know how that person can sleep knowing that he is lying every day. I resist thinking that Coral Spring Nissan has knowledge of the actions of this gentleman, and if they have it and allow it it's completely wrong. Ultimately, it is my fault for trusting him and not fully reading what I sign. And for fully trusting what he told me. That's his job, to be a professional liar. Of course, I want to clarify that auto salesmen and mechanics, service consultants are true professionals and i have no complaints and is always a pleasure deal with them Unfortunately there is nothing drastic that I can do to get Coral Springs Nissan to correct this situation. But what if I assure you, that if in the past I referred clients in the present and future I will let friend, family and coworkers know what happened to me and suggest them to go to another dealer. One less client may not affect CSAM but I have a conscience and one less client, is a possible client who was not affected by actions as I was. Virus-free. www.avast.com More
