Had horrible experience with Coral Springs Nissan. Had same experience as Bill's 10/08 review. Shook on deal with store manager. After 45 minutes while I was told "my car" was being detailed, I was Had same experience as Bill's 10/08 review. Shook on deal with store manager. After 45 minutes while I was told "my car" was being detailed, I was told they would not honor deal we shook on. Where I come from, when you shake on something it's a done deal. Apparently not at Coral Springs Nissan!!!! More

The Service Department is absolutely the best Dealership Service Department I have ever used. They greet you with a smile, provide a great selection of coffee, in a beautiful waiting room, and even provide Service Department I have ever used. They text you as the Service Continues and you either accept or opt out, No Pressure. When the car is ready they text you with directions and a few minutes later you are on your way. More
