Quick to "sell" you, terrible at follow up We purchased 4 Nissan NV's over email/phone with another dealership, and had to go to Coral Springs for our 5th. We flew down to pick up the vehicle o We purchased 4 Nissan NV's over email/phone with another dealership, and had to go to Coral Springs for our 5th. We flew down to pick up the vehicle on June 19 and on our way home, found out our jack was missing. Contacted the dealership and after 3 weeks, we are getting no response from anyone. In addition, we were not given any of our paperwork to register our unit in our home state because they sent everything electronically, yet did not give us any copies. We have reached out numerous times to Omar, our sales guy, and Jason, who I believe is in management and no one is helping us nor returning our calls. When we were looking to buy, we received 3 calls a day, after the sale....good luck on getting help from anyone at this dealership. I hate leaving bad reviews, it is not what I wanted to do, but by doing so, I'm hoping we will get some help with our issues we've had since we picked up this vehicle! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle over the internet from this dealership, be careful! More

Great sales service - Poor time spending The sales guys were nice and close, but after closing the deal and the final monthly payment they took more than 3 hours to sign the papers and leave The sales guys were nice and close, but after closing the deal and the final monthly payment they took more than 3 hours to sign the papers and leave with my new car...it was just crazy arriving at the dealership around 9:10am and leaving not before 3:45-4:00, almost 6 hours, and I got not even a "sorry we were to the roof on leases or anything", I just had to wait and at the end with everything close it looked like no one cares!!!!! More

When we arrived we asked for our first contact from the previous day, Marquis. We were told he was out to lunch. In fact he no longer worked there. We were assigned to Jose. We told Jose what were looking for. He left us, we presumed it was to get a key. When he came back we drove up to the top floor of the garage looking for the silver Rogue S that apparently didn't exist. We don't blame Jose for this. He was even more frustrated than we were. Beyond that there was a lot of waiting interspersed with questions. Finally a really good deal was reached. It was worth waiting for. More
