Got a good deal on my car but it came with headaches, started off with a lies about car being there at the dealership. I decided to do deal anyways. Agreed to a sales price. Finance department started sc started off with a lies about car being there at the dealership. I decided to do deal anyways. Agreed to a sales price. Finance department started scrambling the numbers they had to redo the form TWICE. Mo Badarneh claimed "the numbers are correct".. They were not. Math is math you can't argue that so I felt kinda insulted because he arguing facts with me so I can sign a form that did not match the terms that I agreed to on the sales floor. Omar nieves had to assist because apparently Mo by the look on his face could not handle us looking over the financial forms. He was not much of a help either After all was signed and the APR was agreed to, Mo decided to shotgun my credit, and at the end of the following week decided to call me late in the day to say I was not approved at the apr that we agreed to. I called the credit union to see if they applied with my SSN and the credit union told me "no one has applied under that SSN" So it was lie after lie with the financial department. I went ahead and got my own financing and closed it out myself. More

Like most sales persons, Rollin did not listen to our car needs and budget. Made us waste time test driving a new car which we knew we could not afford. When we finally said we were leaving, that is when he needs and budget. Made us waste time test driving a new car which we knew we could not afford. When we finally said we were leaving, that is when he got the preowned car we were looking to test drive and purchase from the moment we walked in. At the end, he made up for it by getting the right car for us to test drive, ensuring we got financial approval & finally left the auto lot with a car.
