We have purchased an Nissan Kick and we are not satisfied with it because it is too small. So we decided to exchange it for Nissan Rogue. We wanted to use the $10,000.00 that we use to lower the finance cost with it because it is too small. So we decided to exchange it for Nissan Rogue. We wanted to use the $10,000.00 that we use to lower the finance costs but they told use that we lost the $10,000.00 when we purchased the Nissan Kick. We are very upset about this deal. I called the service dept for my 2021 Nissan Rogue and the gal that I spoke with was rude. I was upset because I had a dead battery and I panicked when she told me they don’t have any appts I said what I the gal that I spoke with was rude. I was upset because I had a dead battery and I panicked when she told me they don’t have any appts I said what I need to get this fixed today she then rudley said “ma’aaaam”. I told her I didn’t need her help and will just come in. Now Hector was awesome 👏 and so was Patrick. I’ve not had any issues with th staff until today. Ohhh and they did not have the battery for my car lol so tomorrow I hope it starts and will be going to another dealership and hopefully they have the right battery. More
