Disappointed I made an appointment and went into the dealership because of a broken rear molding piece that needed to get fixed. I’m not a mechanic or a body shop I made an appointment and went into the dealership because of a broken rear molding piece that needed to get fixed. I’m not a mechanic or a body shop person but I do know it shouldn’t have taken 2 hours to fix this. It should have taken 30 minutes max. Then when I get home I found out they ended up crazy gluing the part. I know this because now there is crazy glue residue on my paint. All this on a car I bought less than a week ago, now I have to go buy something to take the glue off. More

Roland and Moe were determined and tireless in making sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. Based on our interactions we decided that we are going to pass this one down to my son when he starts driving in 2-3 years and get another one from there for ourselves. I just want to make sure that we deal with Roland and Moe because don't recall ever having a better car buying experience with anyone I've dealt with before. More

got screwed by your dealership two women one being 83 years got xxxxed by your dealership! stephen gave us 3,000 for trade in but put it back into the price of the rogue. omar said two women one being 83 years got xxxxed by your dealership! stephen gave us 3,000 for trade in but put it back into the price of the rogue. omar said i got a savings off of 5,320 ..liar. all i got was a 2,500 rebate. i didn't receive a good price at all on the rogue got a bunch of xxxxxxxxx on price . then you guys send me over to another liar bijan motiei. he screwed us in finance rate (said computer went down) i cant even do anything about that as a customer to td bank .then he xxxxxxxxxxxx us in buying gap and extra warranty and didn't even tell us about filing fees on those charges. he didn't explain anything on contract he knew he had us. contract i hope some day someone takes advantage of his elderly mother and then he will know how i feel. then you guys send us over to the kid in car insurance i had to modify that because coverage was not the same that i previously had. contract amounts dont match up. everything i experience at your dealership was a scam and bunch of lies to us. i would never recommend your dealership. i wish i would of walked out! you all made awesome commission off of us and when you are spending your earnings i hope you think about how you xxxxed two women. there is so much more i want to write that was wrong with this total sale you should all be ashamed of yourself. . i now have to deal with a high finance charge car loan.
