I took my Vehicle for noisee driver door window and hot antefeeze smell(3Times) As they said Adjusted window regulator(you cant adjust this regulators its whole one piece,ifgoes bad brakes the wire) Abou antefeeze smell(3Times) As they said Adjusted window regulator(you cant adjust this regulators its whole one piece,ifgoes bad brakes the wire) About cooling smell Their asver is I got to live with this smell(oh really!) I recive vehicle with fingerprints,dirty seat Nylon steering cover and seat cover was on the floor No body picked up. I will bring this issue to service manager i know i am not going to gain anything but i might get my frostration out NO MORE NISSAN More
Jim Liantonio was arogant, rude, lied and made a mistake. A part that should have been ordered wasnt. He made a finacial error that HE should have eaten. He was going to take off bill until I said i was going to call Nissan Corporation and then got emotionally abusive and said "fine i'm going to put back on your bill" and hung up the phone on me. I asked for my breaks to be looked at, as i was having problems. I was having an oil andtire rotation done as well, they were not checked!!! I was told more than once by the service advisor Kelly there were no problems. Leaving and still feeling uncomfortable. My best friends own an independent shop and it turns out i was driving a VERY UNSAFE car andneeded complete new rotars. Jim's response was 'well i would've given you the rotar's for free but if you're going to call Nissan Corporation now I'm not going to". I attempted to call the general manager who was on vacation (Doug Cambell), and instead spoke to anassistant manager Philip who couldn't believe all this happened over $165.00 and promised he would call the next day - of course no call back. I will never use them again. Nor will i ever purchase a Nissan again. My sister also has a Nissan. We will both be looking for new cars in the near future. Customer Service was completely INADEQUATE to say the least!!! More
