Dishonest, shady, slimy are only the beginning on how to describe this dealership.. They lied about their stock and prices just to get you in there. Then they try to rip you off by charging you over MSRP describe this dealership.. They lied about their stock and prices just to get you in there. Then they try to rip you off by charging you over MSRP, hoping that you are some kind of idiot and take them at their word. Extremely high pressure sales, and the usual "This offer is only good if you buy the car right now" Drove 45 minutes to negotiate a deal on a specific model that was already sold the night before. They lied and told me it was still there just to get me in there. Never had such a horrible buying experience before in my life!! I will tell everyone i know to avoid them like the plague.. More

No follow through extremely high pressure sales. When they take your car to value its trade, they keep the keys and try to "work the deal". There were problems with the automobile and work needed to be done. It took four attempts to correct minor problems on the vehicle. Everyone always had a reason why the issues were not resolved. I will never do business with them again or any othe dealerships located at the Coral Springs Auto Mall. More
