Great dealing with the salesman that made the deal as good as it could be. I have recommended many of my friends to your dealership & I will be back when my lease is over . good as it could be. I have recommended many of my friends to your dealership & I will be back when my lease is over . More
Bought a brand new car and it was filthy. Went back to have it cleaned and all they did was wash the exterior. The inside was still really dirty. Went back to have it cleaned and all they did was wash the exterior. The inside was still really dirty. More

The actual 3. 5 hours I spent buying the car went well but after the sale two things did not go well. 1) I told the salesman Andres Alejo that I wanted a Maxima SV 5 hours I spent buying the car went well but after the sale two things did not go well. 1) I told the salesman Andres Alejo that I wanted a Maxima SV and even though they don't come with a home link system there will be no sale without one being put in. Your dealership did that for me for my 2021 Maxima SV. I am sure I paid for it. Andres said that would not be a problem and I ended up buying the car. Getting the new rear view mirror was more trouble than it should have been, not an important part of my dissatisfaction. When I drove home after it's installation I realized that it didn't match the car. After talking to Eric, maybe a service manager he told me that the part is one used in Nissan cars. He called it a frameless mirror. I have not seen a frameless mirror in any Maxima including the previous 2 I bought at your dealership. I called and he still has my original mirror and I have an appointment on 4/10 at 11am to have it reinstalled. It does not have a home link but at least it looks like it belongs in the car. 2) The day after buying the car I saw that the trunk floor mat has a place for MAXIMA to be written on it but it was not there. It looks like glue was applied but not the name. When I asked Andres about it he said that they couldn't get them. Did not make any sense. When I was at the dealership for the mirror Kal Mousa was there and I asked him and he told me that I had not paid for that. It does say MAXIMA on my front floor mats and Floor Mat Group is on my window sticker. This was the poorest experience I have ever had buying a car! I do not see Andres Alejo, Kal Mousa or Eric on your list of people to rank so I can't give them zeros. Although Eric did at least return one of my calls. Andres returned non. More
