This place is a Horror Show ! A terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this dealership. Go somewhere else. I spent five hours at the dealership dropping off my trade-in and picking up my leased vehicle. I have been leasing cars for the last 20 years and never had to wait that long to pick up a leased vehicle. The sales manager used what I thought were confusing sales tactics during the initial lease negotiation. It seemed that I was baited into the dealership to lease a car that was “just sold that morning.” The dealership initially refused the amount that I wanted to leave as a deposit for a car that they didn't have in stock and would have to order. The sales manager was annoyed that I asked an additional question regarding a specific amount when I was about to sign my lease contract. I was given the wrong credit bureau to unlock my credit which delayed the vehicle lease process. I was told that they were the “out of state experts” on registering cars in my home state. It's been more than 30 days and my vehicle still is not registered. When I picked up my leased vehicle, I was told it would take 30 to 60 days to register. They are no experts, they send the package to an out of state titling and registration company somewhere else. I thought that their DMV registration fees were excessive. It took over three weeks to finalize my lease with NMAC due to the dealership's incompetence. This delayed the registration of my vehicle inn my home state. The dealership sent my registration documents to my local DMV with an expired insurance ID card further delaying the registration process. I advised the salesman that I would be documenting my experiences with them on the internet, so they were forewarned warned. I received follow up calls from three different dealership managers who said that they would talk to upper management to make things right due to some of my aforementioned experiences. They never got back to me. If they get back to me and make things right, I’ll let you know. More
