I brought my Rouges in because of a grinding sound coming from the engine, I was told that in order for them to analyze the problem it would cost $150 if I decided not to let them do the repair. Two hours l from the engine, I was told that in order for them to analyze the problem it would cost $150 if I decided not to let them do the repair. Two hours later I was told that a technician would like me to go with him for a drive because he couldn’t find what the problem was. After driving for a while the technician said that there was a problem with the front end and returned to the dealership. The service person told me it would cost $1200 to fix the problem. The next day before paying the service person to get my car he informed me that the car may still have some noise because it needs two new tires and a voltage regulator bringing the bill up to $3000. I got my keys and drove away. I didn’t even get out of the lot before I heard the exact same grinding I had when I brought it in. My car has only 39000 miles on it I have nothing good to say about this experience. More

Good customer service is very important to me. I came in for car service but ended up leasing a new car. I explained what price range I wanted and I got it without having to negotiate.
