Words can not express how very satisfied I am with the outstanding customer service I was provided on Monday July 25,2022 at Coral Springs Nissan by Anthony Colon in the service department. I contacted th outstanding customer service I was provided on Monday July 25,2022 at Coral Springs Nissan by Anthony Colon in the service department. I contacted the service department via phone due to I was experiencing car trouble as I was headed back home on the turnpike from Orlando Florida. Anthony was whom I spoke with by phone & requested a price quote on service I made him aware of that I may need & explained in detail to him what I was experiencing & of course I was very much in Panic mode due to I was traveling alone & did not want to be stranded on th Florida turnpike. Not only did Anthony provide me with the price quote needed but he also cared about my situation & assured me everything would be okay and gave me a peace of mind knowing that it was okay to bring my car directly to dealership if able once I safely made it off the turnpike. Once I arrived at Coral Springs Nissan I requested Anthony he immediately came out with a friendly face and assured me he was get car trouble resolved as soon as possible & immediately processed my car for service as I waited. Anthony kept me updated on status of my vehicle & addressed every concern I had. I am very pleased to say the wait was not that long and the car issue was resolved & I am so happy I reached out to Coral Springs Nissan for the auto repair on my 2015 Nissan Murano & very Grateful that I was able to speak with service specialist Anthony Colon whom was very knowledgeable of service needed & very professional. 5 stars is not enough his service deserves 100 stars!! Thank you Coral Springs Nissan for having Anthony Colon as part of your team. Job well done!!! More

Well I went in for my 65,000 miles Transmission Flush, was very pleased with the service, Heather was amazing as always, she accommodated me and had me in and out in a flash. My only concern is , while I was very pleased with the service, Heather was amazing as always, she accommodated me and had me in and out in a flash. My only concern is , while I am aware the wash is a courtesy, I do believe Nissan can do a bit better with investing in a new car wash, unfortunately, my car has never been properly washed since I have been using this dealership, the back was the Same, just wet!!!again, this is no reflection on my service advisor, she is amazing👍🏻Nissan please do better, but thanks again for an amazing service! More
