Excellent service staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. Always keep me up to date on the progress of my service items. From first to last it was a pleasant experience (other than sitting in the waiting area listening to everyone on their cell phones). The way their customer rewards program works is totally bewildering, but that's for them to worry about, since the oil change and all the research into the noise I'd heard didn't cost me anything.
