Chuck was the perfect fit for us as his demeanor and sales approach were what we were hoping for - he was not pushy or in a rush to sell us the car, he was patient and let the "car" sell itself but Chuck was there to answer every question we had about the vehicle. We also worked with Ben Holthaus the Sales Manager to complete the financials and payment for the vehicle - he was courtesy and respectful and made the process simple and easy. Finally we also worked with the Ted Walter the General Manager who took the time to meet with us and to make sure that we were not only happy with the purchase of our new vehicle but happy with the service we received. I wouldn't buy from Cornerstone if you live out of the area. I was dealing with them Saturday about closing time, and sent pictures of my 2021 traverse, and the salesman said he would go over it with th area. He called Monday afternoon and said it was sold the weekend . They aren't open Sunday. They should have put a hold on it, that's how Bismarck ND does it. I wouldn't have trust in the people again. Ben made this entire purchasing process even easier than if I was face to face with him in the dealership. His professionalism was next to none and he wasn’t too pushy or over bearing like some sales people may have a reputation to be. He was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process, and STILL will shoot me a message from time to time to check up to make sure that I am still satisfied with my vehicle.
