Every single person my husband and I came in contact with at this dealership was kind and actually listened to what my husband and I's concerns. We were not available to come to look at the vehicle we purchased until Saturday so Monday we started the gathering all the documents Wayne Dietz was requesting. He had all of our information and gave our file to Rocky. He said that Rocky had excellent news and that my husband and I should be very excited. He was not joking. I never met with Wayne in person, but he was very easy to work with and knew what he was doing. When we walked into the dealership and met with Rocky, he gave us the good news. Knocked 2k off the asking price of the vehicle and was able to get us financed with the lowest possible payment. They filled up the vehicle with gas, and I don't know about all of you, but I have never been in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours. Melissa was kind and answered all of our financial questions, even shared a couple of laughs. From start to finish it was just a great experience.
