Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were uncertain that we would be able to drive away with a vehicle due to credit and no money down and with a trade in that we were upside down in. But Rocky made it work with a payment we were comfortable with. We drove away with a 2015 Jeep Patriot with 7900 miles. We will definitely refer our friends and go back in the future. This should be your first stop if looking for a vehicle. More

The Lady's Car Store I was looking to trade and purchase a used car. I first contacted Josh Sims via the Internet when I was online searching and he was informative and always got back to me immediately. I received a fair trade in offer on my vehicle and Pete made sure I had the financing option that met my purchasing goals. I would highly recommend ladies skeptical about buying cars on their own to feel good about being treated honestly and fairly at Cornerstone Ford! You will not be pressured or taken for a ride unless it is a test drive. Once I purchased, Josh explained all the features and made sure they all worked to make sure I didn't leave without a good understand. Now that is customer service excellence. More

Apprehension to Trust When I first entered the dealership, and was referred to a salesman, I was really not sure what I was getting myself into. However, my salesman, John When I first entered the dealership, and was referred to a salesman, I was really not sure what I was getting myself into. However, my salesman, John Hendrickson, did a great job of putting me at ease. In fact, at times I thought he was moving to slow to make a sale. But he wasn't. He took his time by letting me ask questions, and made sure that I comprehended everything that he was saying to me. He made me feel comfortable, even though I knew that I would be dropping a large sum of money for a good used car. By the time we were done with the sale, I was quite comfortable to know that he cared for me as a customer and as an individual. I have recommended this dealership to others, and also salesman John. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership, and I would hope to get John again. More

It was great! I checked on line at auto trader found four ford escapes. Then I called them. Roger Johnson is who I talked to. He is very nice. Told me the hours. I said I would probably be in to see the cars on Friday. It didn't sound like he is in on Friday. I called and said I would be there at 9 in the morning. He said he would be there! He is so nice very professional! He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape. I test drove the 2014 Ford Escape I loved it!!! I traded in my vechile got a good price for my 2007 taboo. Then I payed cash for my new Ford Escape. Roger Johnson is a very good salesman!!!! I would highly recommend him! More
