Cortese Ford Lincoln

Originally, my husband and I made an appointment to see a car at Cortese and were scheduled to meet with Sam Valleriani, which we had to reschedule. The evening we came back although Sam was with another cus car at Cortese and were scheduled to meet with Sam Valleriani, which we had to reschedule. When we came back from our test drive we were introduced to Tony Vento, who I cannot say enough good things about. Tony, like Sam, was honest, genuine, and a pleasure to work with (and made the car buying and trading experience an exciting one)! Tony made sure we were happy every step of the way, Tony even made sure the car past his standards as we drove it off the lot. Had shopped MANY dealerships, test drove other vehicles & stopped in at Cortese Auto Block to look at a 2008 Ford pick up. While we did not purchase that particular vehicle, we did look at and test drove & stopped in at Cortese Auto Block to look at a 2008 Ford pick up. While we did not purchase that particular vehicle, we did look at and test drove a left over Ford F350 4x4. Loved the truck & the price. While we were disappointed the truck was not ready when we got there (3 days later), the reasons were certainly justifable. We would have preferred a phone call to explain the delay before we drove 45 minutes. Tommy & Ron worked & re-worked the figures to give us the best deal possible. Thank you Cortese Ford !! More

Even though we were looking at a SUV at another dealership, Tony was the reason we came back to Cortese. Tony and the financial staff were kind, respectful and not pushy. They made us feel comfortable, unlike some of the other dealerships we dealt with. We will definately come back to Cortese when it is time to buy another car. I came into Cortese Ford about ten minutes before closing time with a specific idea of what I wanted in mind. Tommy took an appointment at our convenience and made it happen.
