I have been a customer for over 26 years. I my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid towed to the shop as my power steering failed. Ultimately, the found that the steering assembly/rack was in need of rep I my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid towed to the shop as my power steering failed. Ultimately, the found that the steering assembly/rack was in need of replacement. Zach kept me informed of all the steps that were being taken and worked with the warranty company to insure all issues were covered under the contract. He then arranged to have my car delivered to my home when it was ready. This current service visit simply reinforced the reason I have worked with Cortese Ford of all these years More

My current lease of a 2023 Ford Explorer XLT is up 8/4 so I’ve been shopping around for another lease. I was undecided on what model to get and Dave Vito and John Cortese were helpful in explaining the diffe I’ve been shopping around for another lease. I thought the difficult part would be arriving at a lease amount I could afford as I’m retired and on a fixed budget. To their credit, John and his staff went above and beyond to secure a great lease deal for me. I’d like to add that my wife and I have been dealing with Cortese for about 30 years. Nearly all of our vehicles have been from Cortese, plus we trust their service and colision(not our fault) departments. Great friendly staff. More
