Recently, we had the pleasure of purchasing a 2013 BOSS 302 at Cortese West Henrietta, NY. He is experienced, knowledgeable and thorough, answering all of our questions. After several trips to the dealership and many hours of negociating, Shane was always professional and patient. We also had a nice experience with the Head Machanic Harry Devoe. He has a wealth of information about the BOSS 302 and was considerate of our "protective behavior" when we had to leave our new car in his hands to set our Trac Key. Additionally, we'd like to mention Suttle Driver Jake. He was prompt, pleasant and conversational. These men have great PR skills and we would highly recommend this dealership because of them.
