This was the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. Most sales people our rushing to make a sale and all they care about is the money, but our sales agent Dave Hilner went above and beyon buying a car. Most sales people our rushing to make a sale and all they care about is the money, but our sales agent Dave Hilner went above and beyond all our expectations. He was relaxed and very confident that he could get us in the new vehicle of our choice. Talking to him was like talking to an old buddy. I will make this dealership my family place of buisness for car buying from now on. They are the best and it shows they take pride in being the best out there... Thank You for all the help Dave. More
Dan was very nice and didn't push us into something we didn't want. The only problem is I had the car one day and then my wife got it. I haven't been able to drive it since. We were able to get in and out didn't want. The only problem is I had the car one day and then my wife got it. I haven't been able to drive it since. We were able to get in and out in a very reasonable time. I would rate Dan and the dealership on a scale of 1-10 a 9.8. Thanks Dan for all your help More
Bought a 2006 Escape in February. Took it in for service on July 11 & was told that the noise in the rear of the vehicle that had been there since day one was a bad rear end. Wants me to pay $3000.00 to fi on July 11 & was told that the noise in the rear of the vehicle that had been there since day one was a bad rear end. Wants me to pay $3000.00 to fix. Obviousle bad at purchase. Refuses to honor moral and ethical obligation to deliver a mechanically sound vehicle at time of purchase. This dealer is not to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid!!! Recently had my 04 Mustang in for an oil change. I drive this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. Realizing this, Scott called and asked if I'd like the inspection done early as it was due in July. I was grateful for this consideration and the very real possibility of avoiding a traffic stop and ticket had I let the inspection lapse again. It's these little things that keep me coming back to Cortese Ford. I'd also like to commend the service staff for their professionalism and politeness whenever I;'m in there for service on one of our 3 fords. They're always friendly and willing to answer questions. And I always get a follow up call from Ron which is nice to see hat everyone is interested in making the customer happy More
Tony was so friendly. We enjoyed working with him. He and Dan were able to work in our budget and give us a car we are very happy with. We never felt pressured. I've done business with Cortese for years because of the sales people, service, and quality of cars they sell. I would, and have recommended Cortese to friends and family. sales people, service, and quality of cars they sell. I would, and have recommended Cortese to friends and family. More

This review turned out to be pretty long winded. I guess I just can't say enough good things about Cortese and our experience getting our new car. Please read the whole thing, but if you don't have the stam I just can't say enough good things about Cortese and our experience getting our new car. Please read the whole thing, but if you don't have the stamina here's the Readers Digest version: Cortese: great experience, no pressure, attentive staff, friendly atmosphere Dan Tucker: enthusiastic, attentive to customer needs, no pressure, patient, sincere Customer service: great follow through without being pushy Ford Fiesta: awesome car After consulting with our mechanic and doing research online, my wife and I decided that we would be replacing our old car with a Hyundai Accent or a Ford Fiesta (we also test drove a Honda Fit). The cars were comparable but the dealers were not. This was apparent the moment we walked in the door at Cortese. We were greeted by a number of people immediately and were quickly handed over to Dan Tucker. Dan is terrific to work with. He was energetic without being overpowering and is committed to providing the best possible service to you, the customer. When we asked to see a Fiesta with a manual transmission Dan, unlike the other dealers sales reps whose eyes seemed to glaze over, knew his inventory and took us straight to the car that would later convince us to drive away in a Fiesta. In moments we were off for a test drive. At first I was a bit taken aback when Dan hopped in the back seat, but after a minute I found that it was a nice touch. Dan made sure that we experienced the car in a number of different scenarios and road conditions. During the drive proved to be knowledgeable about the car and about Ford's commitment to imrpoving the design of the car and the driver experience. Dan pointed out specific points about the design of the Fiesta in the context actual driving conditions. I never once felt that I was hearing a canned, insincere speech. Due to time constraints we were unable to close the deal until later that week. In the meantime, I did an online credit pre-application and an inquiry regarding our trade in. I received follow up calls shortly thereafter from Cortese to ensure everything was moving along smoothly. That Saturday Dan had the paperwork all ready for us and spent additional time with us working out the payment differences between buying and leasing. In the end we ended up agreeing to lease our car. We were to take delivery on the following Monday. Over the weekend my wife changed her mind about the manual transmission and decided to go with an automatic instead. Come Monday morning my wife emailed Dan with our change of plans. No problem. My wife went to Cortese, looked at an alternative, the paperwork was redone - it's all good. We're in a better car at a good price and had a swell time doing business with Cortese. More
I was not even going to look at cars at Cortese due to some not so good service experience, but a friend gave me a name of a sales guy so I figured I would give him a try. I was very pleased with Tim M some not so good service experience, but a friend gave me a name of a sales guy so I figured I would give him a try. I was very pleased with Tim May. He was not pushy, he listened to my concerns due to my past experiences and he made me feel like a priority. I ended up buying a car, but the deal almost went south. we had decided on a price, but when we tried to close the deal a tire issue came up. So again Cortese was leaving me with a crummy feeling. I was giddy over the car, but this was a deal breaker. Tim fought hard for me and in the end we got the car. I feel it was almost fair. I would have preferred the original agreed on price, but I could see that the dealership can not give cars or tires away. After a lot of talking, prayers and budgeting we got the car. Thanks to TIM MAY and Johnny for trying their best to get me the BEST deal possible. I will surly send folks to Tim in the future. He was not pushy, did not ask for my number and said to call him when I was ready. More
