Dan was very nice and didn't push us into something we didn't want. The only problem is I had the car one day and then my wife got it. I haven't been able to drive it since. Bought a 2006 Escape in February. Took it in for service on July 11 & was told that the noise in the rear of the vehicle that had been there since day one was a bad rear end. Recently had my 04 Mustang in for an oil change. I drive this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. Realizing this, Scott called and asked if I'd like the inspection done early as it was due in July. I was grateful for this consideration and the very real possibility of avoiding a traffic stop and ticket had I let the inspection lapse again. It's these little things that keep me coming back to Cortese Ford. I'd also like to commend the service staff for their professionalism and politeness whenever I;'m in there for service on one of our 3 fords. They're always friendly and willing to answer questions.
